Two Track Malting is expanding and will be offering our original malting equipment along with everything you will need to have a turn-key craft malthouse.  We found the sweet spot to be 11 ton batches (22,000lbs) yielding approximately 18,000 of finished malt per batch.  Depending on location you may or may not need a chiller however the system is designed for easy chiller hookup.  (Chiller not included)
