Brewski Pale, Copeland Dakota, and Astro White Wheat malt is grown at Arrow K Farms in Belfield, North Dakota. AKF-Astro is a variety developed by Arrow K Farms. Both Brewski malts are made from a two-row barley variety named AKF-Brewski, which was developed by North Dakota State University, and is currently grown exclusively for Two Track Malting.
Denhoff and Bakken malt is grown at Stober Farm in Goodrich, ND. These malts are made from the two-row barley variety named Copeland. Denhoff malt is a full flavored malt without the dark color, making it a unique malt great for amber or other darker beers. Bakken malt is a kilned caramel malt with a color of 104 SRM.
Rye malt is locally grown, and done as a special once a year.
Hops in this box are grown by Heer Farms. Established in 2016, David and Char Heer operate in Hazelton, North Dakota. These hops give a unique flavor to round out your Two Track Homebrew Kit.

A base recipe is provided, but your homebrew flavor can be altered by following the boil schedule and adding the additional malt provided. For example, adding Astro White Wheat malt or Rye malt into the mash can add to the body and flavor of the finished beer, while adding Denhoff malt will give you a roasted flavor.
